HAPPY SUMMER SOLSTICE

today is the OFFICIAL start of summer!

Here are the breakfast burritos at rose cafe in corona del mar. one of the things i miss from orange county.

this had potato, egg, ham, cheese, jalapenos, fiesta burrito, i think?

and this right here is what i got the vegetarian burrito... and i added sausage! sautéed spinach, mushrooms, avocado, cheese, and potatoes. i've gone 4 times after this and have gotten the same thing! the burritos also come with a sort of marinara sauce/salsa that pairs perfect!

360 lomo spinner

lomography's newest creation! the spinner 360! it uses 35mm which is conveient and can be processed anywhere! here is a sneak peak of color me katie's katie (love her blog, by the way!) test driving it:

don't think i will be getting it, unless it was on sale or something like that.. i love my diana but i still think it was a bit overpriced for a piece of plastic, but i love the uncertainty with the how the photographs come out! it is always a pleasant surprise shooting with it, maybe i'll scan some of my shots with it later

artist will cotton + his paintings (keep in mind, PAINTINGS!) of naked women covered in chocolate, sweet syrup, and cotton candy clouds from 2001-2010. i would love a portrait just like these! this is how you do a candyland, no, a candy paradise! a sugary heaven! unlike that tacky excuse of a candyworld in katy perry's california girls music video.. SAD because he was the creative director behind that video!! i guess they just didn't translate well or maybe katy perry just ruins everything.. i'm getting cavities just thinking about it.

first time at crystal cove sometime at the end of may 2010! we got free parking from the nice old park ranger lady, fought seagulls away from our sushi & pink sparkling lemonade, and got a nice tan.. well i did.. others burned hahaha
